La Villa Therese is a family-run establishment offering exceptional value for money with six spacious 2-bedroom apartments and six brand new 1-bedroom apartments, all self-catering. They are split over three levels and offer garden and mountain view rooms. Each air-conditioned apartment provides you with all your needs while you are away from you home. La Villa Therese is a home away from home, set in the heart of Seychelles, where you can enjoy the local atmosphere.

One Bedroom Apartments

We are excited to welcome our guests to our six brand new one bedroom apartments, each measuring 80 square meters. Perfect for singles or couples on retreat they come fully furnished with all you would need for a self-catering holiday. The apartments offer a private spacious bathroom, double bedroom with queen size bed, living room open plan kitchen and balcony as well as laundry facilities. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge which we can arrange if requested. These one bedroom apartments are located just across the lane from the two bedroom building also just a short stroll from the beautiful beach of Anse Royale

Two Bedroom Apartments

The six fully furnished, self-contained two bedroom apartments offer 110 square metres of creole style comprising of two separate air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious living & dining areas, well equipped kitchens with all mod-cons, a bathroom, laundry room and private balcony. Dine under the stars in style or relax on a sun-lounger in utmost comfort whilst enjoying the tropical surroundings. Rooms can be tailored to suit your needs in any combination of double/twin beds. â€‹There are 12 bedrooms in this building, consisting of single, twin or queen sized beds that are ideal for family holidays.​

Our team are happy to give advice on best places to go, sights to see and things to do, such as hiking, shopping, swimming, night life. Map of the island also available.

Car hire assistance available at reception and secure car parking available onsite.

Apartments are cleaned daily by our Chambermaids after 10am Monday - Saturday, bed Linens and towels changed every 3 days, beach towels available at reception.​.

​​

​Arrangements can be made for a number of outdoor activities such as game fishing, glass bottom boat, island hoping, scuba diving, surfing etc.

​​

​Laundry Service available upon request (at a surcharge), ask at reception for details. Only the two bedroom apartments have a private laundry room.

Should you wish to sample the delights of Seychellois cuisine in comfort, our in-house cook can arrange a home-cooked meal while you relax or take a stroll. Dinner just €30 per person. Breakfast also available €15 per person

La Villa Therese Holiday Apartments provides 18 rooms and has the capability to accommodate a maximum of 36 people (on single or double beds).

 We encourage guests to book with us when arranging accommodation for large groups:

  • We offer great discount rates especially when guests are happy to share rooms this will reduce accommodation costs.

  • Transfer from the Airport is free for groups staying 4 days or more.

  • We can provide in-house breakfast, take away lunches and evening dinner BBQ buffets at a reasonable cost.

  • We can book and arrange your PCR test prior to your departure if required.

 

Previous groups that have stayed with La Villa Therese for example:

  1. A European survey team that came to survey "Saya de Malha Bank" Indian Ocean. The 32 staff arrived in 3 groups over a period of two months on full board.

  2. The Slovakian Sailing Club. The first group of 10 went sailing while second group of 10 enjoyed a  relaxing 7 days at LVT and then a crew change.

  3. 24 University students from a Zurich on a work exchange exercise.

  4. 21 German language students end of year holiday

 We are very happy to assist in wedding arrangements if you are planning on getting married in the Seychelles

  • We can provide registrar, table and flowers if requested.

  • Anse Royale beach provides the perfect back drop for an after wedding photo shoot and is just 1 minute walk from us.

  • We have the amazing Bridal Hair and Make Up professional - Gemma Elisa, available to assist in wedding beauty prep.
